Financial Statement -- SaveSeeds.org

Introduction: Although operating as a "not for profit" in financial terms, The Victory Horticultural Library is not currently a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation. he resources necessary to create and manage a separate legal entity are more than the Victory Seed Company can bear at this time. It should be additionally noted that the Victory Horticultural Portal is not chartered by any authority, has no constitution, bylaws or written structure. We exist as a history and research effort.

The accounting below is simply a listing of costs associated with serving the Web Site and associated with the archive project such as postage, supplies, and acquisitions. Currently, all labor is donated. Furthermore, office equipment (other than specific network or storage hardware) is owned personally by -- Victory Horticultural Group, LLC or the Victory Seed Company and used free of charge. Therefore, it is not accounted for as an expense.

Donations: Any donations, no matter how small, will be accounted for here and directly applied to the maintenance and improvement of this project.
